Life was full of taunts, jibes, insults and trauma for the children from underprivileged families and Pakistani Hindu refugee families. While the underprivileged children were being targeted by the conversion mafia with false promises of education and other incentives and by the anti-social elements for begging, menial jobs, exploitation of every kind, drug addiction and peddling, eventually leading them to a life of crime, the children of Pakistani Hindus bore the brunt of being born into a religious minority community in Islamist Pakistan — they were made to clean toilets, do hard manual labor, face systemic discrimination and abuse and endure daily humiliation and torment for their faith. Over time, these children had lost all hope in life and humanity.
Vulnerable children faced false promises, exploitation and daily humiliation — until Project Saraswati brought free education, safety and dignity back into their lives.
Then entered Janswabhiman Welfare Society in their lives, bringing hope and smiles back to their hearts and minds. With their well-planned child welfare initiatives under the Project Saraswati, Janswabhiman brought a ray of hope by providing free education, based on Dharmic values of compassion, honesty, integrity, hard work and truth. Each day begins with Gayatri Mantra, followed by Yoga, Pranayam and meditation, preparing their bodies and minds for every challenge life throws at them. They study English, Hindi, Mathematics, General Knowledge, life skills and lessons in Sanatana Dharma. Lessons in arts and crafts help them express their inner voices, without words.

In the Janswabhiman Saraswati centres across UP and Rajasthan, the lives of the underprivileged children and the children of Pakistani Hindu refugees take the first step towards a better tomorrow — full of hope, safety and happiness.
