GAUSHALA – A SANCTUARY OF LOVE, SERVICE, AND DHARMA

At Jan Swabhiman, we believe that Gaumata is not just an animal — she is our cultural mother, our ecological guardian, and a sacred being worthy of love, protection, and reverence. Our Gaushala in Noida is a living embodiment of this belief — a space where compassion meets commitment, and service becomes sacred.

Gaushala sanctuary — rescued Gaumatas in shelters and open fields

Located in Noida – Home to Over 100 Rescued Gaumatas

Our Gaushala currently shelters 100+ cows, many of whom were:

  • Abandoned due to old age or illness
  • Rescued from roadside accidents, gutters, or illegal slaughter routes
  • Left to die after being considered “unproductive” by their owners

Here, each Gaumata is welcomed with warmth — fed, healed, and given a peaceful space to live out her years with dignity.

Daily Gauseva – Compassion in Action

Gauseva is our daily ritual. With the help of volunteers, caretakers, and donors, we ensure:

  • Two daily meals of fresh fodder, wheat bran, and jaggery
  • Constant supply of clean water and shaded resting areas
  • On-site medical care: dressing of wounds, parasite treatment, and vet visits
  • Regular Gau Pujan and prayer sessions, connecting community and cows in spiritual oneness

Each cow is not a burden — she is a blessing. And each day of care is a tribute to Bharat's dharmic tradition.

Why Gaushalas Matter

  • Protecting indigenous breeds
  • Nurturing natural agriculture through Panchagavya
  • Restoring ecological balance
  • Preserving Dharma through service to a being revered in every scripture of Bharat

A Gaushala is not a shelter. It is a temple of silent blessings, where compassion meets culture.

Gauseva is Gau Raksha. Gau Raksha is Rashtra Raksha.

In serving Gaumata, we serve our ancestors, our soil, our soul.

Join us in this sacred duty. Let no cow suffer alone. Let every cow live with love.
