Across the parched lands of Sindh and Balochistan, the Pakistani Hindus had endured the unthinkable- daughters snatched in the dead of night, forced into Islamic conversions and forced marriages with Muslim men, their families left helpless before a hostile system. Their sacred temples, deities, and traditions became targets of mockery and destruction. For Hindus families, daily life turned into a silent struggle for survival.
Not merely with aid, but with empowerment — custom-built food carts restoring livelihood and dignity.
Leaving behind their ancestral homeland, many Hindu families crossed the border into Bharat — not as travellers, but as survivors seeking dignity. Yet, even in their new homeland, life began from nothing. The refugee camps where they settled offered safety, but not sustenance. With no source of income, and mouths to feed, the Hindus faced another battle- this time, against poverty and dependence. The men sought work in vain and worried for their families.

It was then that Janswabhiman Welfare Society stepped forward- not merely with aid, but with empowerment. The Society provided custom-built food carts on bicycles, utensils, and the raw materials needed to prepare and sell snacks and food items. Refugee men and women, once dependent, now stand proudly beside their carts- earning, smiling, and reclaiming their lives. Each cart, each meal sold, tells a quiet story - of faith reborn, of dignity restored, and of Janswabhiman’s enduring promise to rebuild what Islamist Pakistan’s persecution so vehemently destroyed.
