MATRISHAKTI: AWAKENING THE POWER WITHIN

स्तुता मया वरदा वेदमाता प्रचोदयन्ता पावमानी द्विजानाम् ।
आयुः प्राण प्रजा पशु कीर्ति द्रविण ब्रह्मवर्चसम् ।।
(अथर्ववेद-19/71/1)
O Divine Mother of Knowledge,
You are Varadā – the fulfiller of noble desires.
You are Veda Mata – the eternal source of wisdom.
You are Pāvamānī – the purifier of mind and soul.
Bestowed upon the devoted, carried forward by the wise,
You grant us life, strength, prosperity, and light.
Not just sacred sound – You are Matrishakti in radiant form, guiding souls, awakening truth, and nurturing the rise of dharma.
(Atharvaveda 19/71/1)
When She Rises, the Nation Awakens
At Jan Swabhiman, we honour Matrishakti – the divine feminine force – not merely as a symbol of care, but as the source of courage, leadership, and transformation. Empowering Matrishakti is not an act of charity; it is an act of national rebuilding.
We serve the silent strength of society – mothers, widows, daughters, and abandoned children – especially those neglected by systems and society. Our mission is rooted in compassion, justice, and dignity for every woman and child.
Our Key Initiatives
Supporting Families of Deceased Sewage & Daily Wage Workers
We offer assistance to widows, mothers, and orphans of sanitation workers and laborers who die in tragic accidents — ensuring they are not forgotten.
Rescue & Rehabilitation of Missing/Abducted Girls
We actively assist law enforcement and distressed families in tracing, rescuing, and rehabilitating abducted or missing girls and children.
Support for Survivors of Violence & Abuse
We provide trauma counseling, safe space referrals, and awareness workshops for victims of rape, assault, and domestic abuse.
Legal Aid for Women in Distress
From domestic violence to marital fraud and abandonment, we offer free legal counseling and connect women with trusted legal advocates.
Self-Defense & Safety Awareness Workshops
We organize practical training sessions in schools, colleges, and rural clusters — teaching self-defense, legal rights, and emergency response for women and girls.
Promoting Rural Education
We support and collaborate with local volunteers and educators to keep girls in school, supply learning materials, and run evening classes where needed.

AtmaNirbhar Matrishakti – Economic Independence
True empowerment begins with economic freedom. We help Matrishakti step into financial dignity by:
- Offering skill-based training in tailoring, handicrafts, digital skills, and more
- Supporting micro-enterprises and self-help groups
- Connecting women to micro-finance, savings models, and local markets
When Matrishakti becomes self-reliant, she rewrites her destiny – and that of her children.
Kanya Pujan – Celebrating Devi in Every Daughter
Through our Kanya Pujan initiative, we celebrate girls (ages 2–10) as living embodiments of the divine – nurturing self-respect and challenging harmful biases.
- Public worship of young girls during cultural ceremonies
- Messages of girl-child pride spread across villages
- A reaffirmation: “Beti bojh nahi, vardaan hai.”
Respect for Matrishakti begins with reverence for the girl child.

Sanskriti se Samman – Cultural Renewal for Matrishakti
Matrishakti deserves not just support, but respect and safety in every home, street, and institution.
- Campaigns to dismantle gender stereotypes
- Family & youth workshops on equality and shared responsibility
- Events celebrating Matrishakti as creator, nurturer, leader, and protector
Naari ke bina na sansaar, na sanskriti.
Transformations that Inspire
Each empowered Matrishakti is a living story of resilience:
- A widow trained in stitching who now supports her family
- A tribal girl leading her SHG in the heart of Jharkhand
- Mothers becoming mentors, workers becoming leaders
Join the Yajna of Matrishakti Jagran
Empowerment is a yajna — a sacred offering to uplift society.

Every act of service is an offering to Matrishakti
Let no mother weep alone, no girl vanish unnoticed, and no woman suffer in silence.
Together, let's protect, empower, and uplift the feminine force that sustains this nation.
Let's build a Bharat where Matrishakti walks in her full glory — fearless, free, and fulfilled.
